Subscriptions are billed through Google Play or Apple's App Store when a current offer is available. Cancel renewal in the store where you subscribed; access continues until the paid period ends. Cancelling renewal does not itself refund a past charge.

• Google Play: manage renewal in Play Store → Payments & subscriptions. Request a refund under Google Play's refund policy. Within 48 hours a purchase may be eligible; approval is not guaranteed.
• Apple App Store: manage renewal in Settings → your Apple account → Subscriptions. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple's eligibility and review process applies.

If access is missing, use Restore purchases before buying again. For purchase problems, contact Help & Support with the order ID. Do not share payment credentials.

Minutes never expire. If you have not used any minutes from a pack, write to us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. Once minutes have been spoken they cannot be returned, because the service was delivered. Partly-used packs are refunded pro-rata at our discretion when something went wrong at our end (poor audio, a call that failed).

For a pack billed by Google Play or Apple, use the store refund route above and contact us within the same 7-day window. We support the unused-pack refund policy above; the store handles its refund decision and payment processing. This policy does not limit applicable consumer rights.

Before the seva is performed: full refund, no questions asked. Just tell us before the scheduled day.

After the seva is performed: a real pandit has done real work in your name, so the fee is not refundable. But if we fail to send you the promised proof (photo or video of your seva) within the stated time, you may ask for a full refund and we will pay it.

If we cannot perform the seva - a temple closure, an unavailable muhurat, anything at our end - we refund in full or reschedule, whichever you prefer.

We do not sell or ship any. Nothing we offer arrives by post or courier, so there is nothing here that can be damaged in transit - see our delivery page.

Write to support@kashikepanditji.com with your booking reference or order ID. We reply within 2 working days. For refunds processed by us, approved refunds normally take 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Google Play and Apple have their own review and payment timelines.
