Delete your account & data

You can erase everything Kashi Ke Panditji knows about you at any time. Deletion is real and immediate — not a soft delete.

Fastest way — inside the app

Open the app → tap ☰ (menu) → 🧹 Forget my details → confirm.

This permanently erases your birth details, saved people (My Circle), chat history, readings, memories and preferences from our servers, and clears the app's local storage. Palm/face photos are never stored — they are deleted right after their reading is generated.

By email

Email Help & support with the subject "Delete my account" from the email you use in the app (or include your phone number / app user ID). We confirm deletion within 7 days.

What is deleted

Account identifiers (user ID, sign-in link, phone/email if provided)
Birth details (date, time, place) for you and everyone in your Circle
All conversations, readings, reports and saved items
Personalization memories and preferences
Purchase records are retained only as required by law/tax rules (kept by Google Play, not by us)
