Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use Kashi Ke Panditji. An adult may manage authorized family profiles; this does not permit a child to use the service.
For guidance only
Kashi Ke Panditji provides Vedic astrology readings for guidance, reflection and entertainment only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Please do not make important decisions about your health, finances, legal matters, or relationships based solely on a reading.
No guarantees
Astrology is a traditional belief system. We make no guarantee of accuracy or of any outcome. Pandit Ji never predicts death, disease, or doom, and does not present any paid seva, puja or practice as a guaranteed cure or result.
If you are in distress

Acceptable use
Do not abuse, attack, overload, or attempt to misuse the service.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on readings.
Changes & law
These terms may change with notice, and are governed by the laws of India.
Seva and puja
A paid seva or puja is available only when a current booking page shows its provider, location, date or timing, deliverables, price, refund terms and an available booking action. Checkout may create a pending order; a booking is confirmed only after payment confirmation, and neither is proof that fulfilment has occurred. If those details and action are not shown, the service is unavailable for purchase. Devotional practice does not guarantee outcomes.
Subscription
Pro may be offered as a monthly or yearly subscription through Google Play or Apple's App Store when a current store offer and checkout are available. Cancel renewal in the store where you subscribed; access continues until the paid period ends. Your store shows the applicable price and renewal terms before payment. Chat usage limits are shown on Pricing.
Dakshina
Guru Dakshina is a voluntary offering. It is never required and never unlocks a feature.
Refunds
For a seva cancellation, contact us before the scheduled day and before performance for a full refund. If we cannot perform it, you may choose a full refund or rescheduling. We reply within two working days; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. The Refund page explains post-performance exceptions and the separate app-store purchase rules.
