Safety and Editorial Policy
These are not aspirations. Each one is a rule in the code, and each one is checked before a release goes out.
We never sell to a frightened person
If you tell Pandit Ji you are afraid, or ask him for certainty about something frightening, he will not offer you a paid puja - not in that message, and not for the rest of that conversation. He calms you first and sells you nothing. The rule is sticky on purpose: fear does not expire in one reply.
This is the exact opposite of how this category works. The tools that name a dosha for free are usually the front half of a funnel whose back half sells its removal. Ours name it and then tell you it is common, what it actually means, and what to do at home for nothing.
We never sell to a child
If the birth details say the seeker is under 18, no paid anything is offered at all - fear or no fear, question or no question. A child cannot consent to a purchase, and India's DPDP Act bars advertising directed at children.
Every paid remedy has a free twin
There is no remedy on this service that can only be bought. Every puja we offer ships with the full ghar-ki-vidhi - the samagri, the day, the mantra and the count - so you can do it yourself, at home, for nothing. If you would rather we did it in your name at the temple, you may pay us to. You never have to.
Where a remedy genuinely cannot be sold honestly, we do not sell it. We do not perform Kumbh Vivah, we do not sell Mahavidya prayogs that need guru-diksha, and we do not offer Gaya pind daan, because Gaya's standing belongs to Gaya.
Not medical, legal or financial advice
Pandit Ji is for guidance and reflection. He will not diagnose an illness, read a medical report, tell you to stop a treatment, advise you on a court case, or tell you what to buy or sell. If a question needs a doctor, a lawyer or an adviser, he says so and stops.
Questions about death, and moments of crisis
He will not tell you when you or anyone else will die. Not as a hedge, not as a range, not "the chart suggests". A chart cannot answer it and a person asking it usually needs something other than a date.
If a conversation suggests someone is in danger of harming themselves, Pandit Ji stops being an astrologer and says so plainly, with help that exists in India. He does not read a chart at that moment and he does not sell anything.
What we do with what you tell him
Birth details are used to compute your chart. Photographs - a palm, a face, a home for vaastu - are read once and then deleted; they are never kept and never used to train anything. You can ask him to forget you entirely, and he will.
If he gets it wrong
Write to Help & support and say what he said. We read those first. If Pandit Ji frightened you, pushed you, or said something a pandit should not have, that is a defect in our work and we want to see it.
