Delete Your Data
Kashi Ke Panditji does not require an account - your data is tied to your device installation. To permanently delete everything we hold about you:
In the app (instant)
- Open the app and go to Settings.
- Tap Forget Me and confirm.
This permanently removes your conversations, birth details (yours and any family members you added), remembered context and preferences from our servers. It cannot be undone.
What is not deleted
Records we must keep by law (for example tax records of completed seva payments) are retained without your personal chart or conversation data. Usage-limit fingerprints expire after 30 days plus two minutes; token-revocation records are retained to keep deleted credentials invalid. Aggregated usage statistics contain no chart or conversation data.
If you have already uninstalled
Reinstall and use Forget Me, or contact the developer at the email listed on our Google Play page, naming the approximate date you used the app, and we will remove the data linked to your installation.
